A little education first. We are created in the image of our Elohim, but what is that image? We are black, yellow, red, brown and, white. All are created in His image so where is it found? After almost 35 years of Bible study, I am convinced that the image of the Invisible Elohim is also not visible in the Time/Space Continuum He created for us to exist in. That image is the Spirit that dwells in us and will never cease to exist.
Our bodies grow old, if we are lucky, and it expires (natural death). The Spirit of man either resides for eternity in Heaven or, failing to serve Yehovah, lives forever in torment knowing it could have been in Heaven.
Yashuah, Jesu8s in Greek, is God indwelling the body of a Jewish man. The Man died the natural demise of all men nailed to the Roman Cross and the Spirit indwelling him preached for those days in a place called paradise to the Old Testament Saints.
Yep, he died but nope... He lives!

Technically a resurrection presupposes a death. Jesus' spirit separated from his body to preach in Sheol, the land of the dead, during his 3 days "dead", also which supposes his body was without his spirit, that is what death is. If you dispute that is the death of God because his spirit is immortal, well everyone has an immortal spirit, so I guess that means no one dies, death has no meaning.

And what a horrible death! Crucifixion as a form of ultimate torture is evilly ingenious; the pain caused by full body weight hanging from the spikes in the wrists is excruciating, and instinctively forces the victim to push himself up slightly with his legs, which in turn increases the weight pressing against the spike through his feet until it, too, becomes a center of unbearable pain, causing the victim to allow his torso to sag once again from the wrists—and start the cycle again. The victim is thus constantly writhing in an exhausting and futile effort to find the least painful position, until all the muscles in his legs and arms are in uncontrollable spasms, adding to the agony caused by the spikes. When he finally tires to the point that he can barely avoid allowing all his weight to sag, he finds himself unable to breathe without pushing or pulling himself up slightly, presenting him the cruel choice between suffocating and increasing the already intolerable pain even more. Instinctively he chooses breathing, and thus greater torment, as long as he can.
Luckily Longinus put Jesus out of his misery with his spear, a mercy many of the other crucified Christians didn't receive.
He was still alive, as are all who die physically! "Death" NEVER means 'cease to exist' in the Bible! NEVER!

Jesus is GOD' son. His body died for three days but his spirit left it and went to tell Satan's First Gang of Fallen Angels that Satan's plot had failed and they were still going to be utterly destroyed on Judgment Day.
You need to get a good KJV Study Bible and learn how wrong your beliefs are!
No one goes to heaven.
All the dead are still in their graves until Resurrection of 144,000 at Jesus's returns while the rest of the dead will be resurrrected for judging on Judgment Day.
Jesus spend the three days after crucifixion visiting Satan's First Gang of Fallen Angels to tell them that Stan had failed and they were still doomed to destruction on Judgment Day.
Get a book called Bible Mysteries Solved to understand how wrong many beliefs are.

Jesus's body was ded but he merely stepped out of it and went to tell Satan's fallen angels in hell that they were doomed. It must have been a bit sickening for them - but they had exchanged the perfection of heaven for the lusts of earthly flesh.
