Deja vu. Another forum I am a member of, brought up this article quite some time ago and you simply would not believe some of the responses. It was not from the newspaper
article but somewhere else on the web as this has been around since Baalam's donkey spoke up and said quit beating me.

It's a good discussion since thousands of women are still treated this way and worse and some men in THIS country think it's a good idea. Men who call
themselves Christians actually....they also agree with having more then one wife. Is there a pattern there?

Wonder if anyone will speak up...........

A few questions that come to mind when reading this article... ;)

1. Who is Pat Robertson and is he like the voice of Christianity in the US?
2....did he just add to Paul's meaning of submission? :huh:
3. Why is he telling her that she needs to be spanked when she contacted him about her unfaithful, cheating husband?

unlike Pats spanking husband ----------------------------Christ the perfect bridegroom when his wife the church was unfaithful died for her sins . or other wise said ---------- Christ willingly took the deadly spanking his wife the church deserved !

but then Christ is not a whimpy husband or fair ---------------------if he was fair he would have let her take the punishment she deserved instead of taking it for her..
