Now before I start, go stand in front of a mirror, then point at yourself and start saying, " you are a sinner", repeat and repeat then see how long it takes before you dont want to listen to yourself anymore. Gte it. If you are going to stand there, just like statn pointing your finger at them, telling them they are sinners, they will not listen to you, Why should they? I notice a lot of christians cannot seperate the person from the sin, ( actually i am sicjk and tired of it, ao much talk about sin, so little discusiion on the love that is offered). Do you know why, gays have there mardigras, and protests, its because people keep on about what is wrong and not just letting them be who they are, " PEOPLE". Now if you stood side by side with a gay or murderer in heaven, and you asked God who was the better person, I doubt it would be you, in fact I doubt God could pick a difference, for you are both sinners both worthy of death, and both had your sins coevered by the blood of Christ. God is not asking you to be happy about the sin, He is asking you to love the person, but somehow most christians just cant do that. satan has us wrspped around his little finger, we are so caught up with what is wrong, that we cant see what is right. Remember the blind man,

Joh 9:1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
Joh 9:2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
Joh 9:3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Jesus saw a man in need of healing, the disciples saw a man who was a sinner, you are all looking at people who are in sin, Jesus is looking at people who need His love, probably more so then you, yet you are not willing to show them that love. Go on, ask Jesus to sow you His love for all men, ask Him to use you to show that love to people. Then when you start getting put into places you dont want to be, you will soon see that Jesus is nothing like us.

Hi mjrhealth

I get your point, but there is a point that I think you are missing.

And that is, how we truly show our “love” for others........
Proverbs 27:5
“Open rebuke [is] better than secret love.”

Is it really “love”, to tell a homosexual or a thief or a liar, that their sin is okey?
When the fact is, God hates sin and when we don’t deal with our sin, we are destroying ourselves.
--------------------------------------------------
A practicing homosexual just as a practicing thief or a practicing liar, needs to be told what their sin is doing to them.

Now to be clear, none of these sins, will send anybody to hell(only rejecting Christ will do that);
But patting people on the back and telling them that their sin doesn’t matter, makes us a liar.
--------------------------------------------------
Sure enough, the Gospel is Gods love letter to the human race.....
John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

And the only people that be saved, are practicing sinners.

But once we are saved, we need to “daily” deal with our sins, if we truly love the Lord.....
John 14:15
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

Hello again mjrhealth

I tried your suggestion about, standing in front of a mirror and here is what I saw.......
Matthew 4:17
“From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Mark 6:12
“And they went out, and preached that men should repent.”

Luke 13:2
V.2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?"
V.3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

--------------------------------------------------
Now I understand why, nobody listens to "the real" Jesus anymore.

Trying to justify judging others,

Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

When you are withourt sin, then maybe you can start calling others sinners, but untill you become the image of Christ, you will never not have a beam in your own eye. When did you become better then them.??

If any of you knew Christ, this would never had got this far.

Of Course we would but unfortunately we have somebody that is judging us and telling us that we don't know Him. My Bible says let each man work out his own salvation with fear and trembling.Just sayin.

It would seem that you speak as Jesus did. B) Not a surprising thing for those born of God, but all to uncommon.
May we all become like a mirror reminding ourselves of or own weakness but forever reflecting the light of Jesus. John 21:21-22

John 8
[sup]1[/sup] But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
[sup]2[/sup] Now early[sup][a][/sup] in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. [sup]3[/sup] Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, [sup]4[/sup] they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught[sup][b][/sup] in adultery, in the very act. [sup]5[/sup] Now Moses, in the law, commanded[sup][c][/sup] us that such should be stoned.[sup][d][/sup] But what do You say?”[sup][e][/sup] [sup]6[/sup] This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.[sup][f][/sup]
[sup]7[/sup] So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up[sup][g][/sup] and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” [sup]8[/sup] And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. [sup]9[/sup] Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience,[sup][h][/sup] went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. [sup]10[/sup] When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her,[sup][i][/sup] “Woman, where are those accusers of yours?[sup][j][/sup] Has no one condemned you?”
[sup]11[/sup] She said, “No one, Lord.”
And Jesus said to her,Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
[sup]12[/sup] Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
