So there is a thread in the forums about Christian fiction so what is everybody's favorite Christian fiction?

My must began with The Chronicles of Narnia and The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. My net one that I am working on now and have been for quite awhile is Immortal Files Series by Robert Liparulo

Great topic!

There are several Christian novelists I love. Karen Kingsbury is the Queen of Christian novels. My favorite Kingsbury novel is Divine, which takes on the horrendous problem of human trafficking. One of my other favorite Christian novels is Redeeming Love, written by Francine Rivers and loosely based on the OT book of Hosea. I also love all of the novels by Linda Nichols; my favorite is Not a Sparrow Falls.

I like the Chronicles of Narnia. Lewis wrote a trilogy consisting of Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, and That Hideous Strength that I think was even better.

I liked it but I thought it was too long.

My suggested title was very tongue in cheek. The Left Behind series is Christian Fiction and has no direct link to actual scripture as is presented in the book series.

It is a series based on the fears of the authors and their desire not to suffer any tribulation pain where they suggest that God is going to whisk them away out of the tribulation period and any suffering that they would have to face during that period of time.

What the authors have done is to twist the scriptures to justify their premises for their book series.
