One of the problems i see here is that little children fall prey to disease and die. They are not mentioned above. No hope for them?
are your parents alive? Or grandparents? they died of something.
I hope you are taking care of yourself as God would want you to, rest, exercise healthful eating sunlight, etc. Do you eat right? Drink good things for you? Overweight? lot of sweets? To not care for yourself and expect God to keep you well is presumptive.
Thanks, I'm feeling a little better today after getting soooo much sleep yesterday.Praying for speedy recovery my brother Devin get plenty of fluids and rest I had it in the past not no fun
I think I may have finally caught COVID-19. Not too sick though, just some mild body aches and a headache. Knock on wood.
Cheers!
Boost your immune system. My sister was an advocate of natural healing. Health food stores are a great resource. And hopefully have employees on the floor who can guide you to the best products.I looked at my health log and found that I've been feeling ill on and off for about 2 months so I saw the doctor and got some lab work done. Just waiting on that.
Update: My white blood cell count is high again.
Yeah, thanks for the info, I'll look into it. I'm still waiting for the doctor. My liver is elevated too. When I told her about my symptoms she wanted to check my liver. It is naturally harmed by my cystic fibrosis. I was on meds for it but then the meds caused toxic vitamin A problem and I had to come off of it. Anyways, I'll check back in after speaking with my doctor.Boost your immune system. My sister was an advocate if natural healing. Health food stores are a great resource. I got the blood test wrong, it wasn't my liver, it was slightly elevated kidney function.Milk Thistle is great to heal the overtaxed liver. Our bodies regenerate From skin to bones to organs.
Supplementing nutrition assists in that years long process.
The best herbs are standardized extract. That's the concentrated medicinal properties extracted from the plant,or root.
Liquid tincture is the fastest absorption for any herb or combo. Tinctures are available in vegetable glycerine form or alcohol. (non-alcoholic of course) Capsules are slow release.
I pray you receive good news from your doctor.

SOUNDS LIKE inflamation .I checked my symptom log and found that I've been having flu symptoms on and off for two months. And it progressively got worse. So I'm not sure it's COVID after all. I'm going to run it by my doctor.
The problem with coffee is not the caffiene . THOUGH it needs to be kept moderate not excessive at all .Two off the top of my head, Uva Ursi and Buchu leaf.
Stop caffeine product intake and limit or stop white sugar intake. Drink lots of spring water. Hopefully that is bottled in BPA free plastic bottles.
Any guesses on why that might be . what causes white blood cells to elevate .I looked at my health log and found that I've been feeling ill on and off for about 2 months so I saw the doctor and got some lab work done. Just waiting on that.
