hello im Josh and im starting a youtube channel to find God i want to start my journey and record it as i go through it.

Try starting with the books of the new testament that were written by the eyewitnesses to Christ. They are closer to what Christ really said and taught. Matthew, John, Peter, James, Jude. Pay very close attention to what Christ said. Because what Christ said is God talking. it is absolute truth and is very plain. It is a good Idea to forget what you think you know and forget what any man has taught you so that you can hear Christ's words for what they say and mean.

Keep asking God because everyone who asks God receives. You are on the right path to finding the face of God.

Why would Jesus need to be baptized? Because he leads by example.

Christ needed to be baptized to fulfill all righteousness. It is stated in the scripture.

Like kaotic profit said Christ led those who would follow Him by example. Everyone who will follow Him must do the same. It is part of the elementary principals of Christ.

Christ did not let the demon speak because demons are liers an there is no truth in them.

The gospel according to mark is a compilation of what the eye witnesses told mark that had happened. Eye witness accounts include the book of Matthew and the Book of John

Intriguing idea, but how can you find God, He isnt hiding and He isnt lost, and He certainly knows where you are, why dont you just sit down and talk to Him, it really is that simple.

Jesus was baptized for several reasons. As an example for us, to fulfill all righteousness as he said, also baptism was a form of anointing before starting his ministry (priests and prophets usually began their ministries at 30 years of age, the age Jesus was when baptized), and to identify with sinful man.

Mark's gospel is believed to be the first written. Many think that Mark was writing for Peter just before Peter's death in 64 AD. It is a summary, just a small sample of what Jesus said and did. I don't know what you mean by "just a reflection of Jesus life", can you clarify?

Jesus would not let the demons speak because they were saying he was the Messiah in the hopes of stirring up the people to proclaim him a king so Rome would kill him before he had time to instruct his disciples, teach the people, and fulfill prophecy.
