I recently realized....there are (2) forty day events connected to Noah’s time on the ark which is also a template for our time on our ark in these last days. This changes and enhances my understanding a great deal. I believe that our time on the ark began, as it did for Noah, on a certain date. Could I be mistaken? Certainly, but it is what I believe.
Genesis 8:1-3 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged; The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained; And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
Revelation 12:14-16 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
2 Corinthians 11:2-3 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
Genesis 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
8:5-6 And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen. And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:
8:7-9 And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth. Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground; But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Revelation 6:1-2 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Daniel 12:1-4 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Genesis 8:10-14 And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark; And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth. And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more. And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry. And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.
Both floods have ended…the earth was dried.

1. The Hebrew Iyar 17, is the 17th day of the 2nd month [Gen.7:11], which is our May 21, 2011. As Noah entered the ark…we too entered and forty days and nights began, the first set of forty days of the [150 days/ five months], which ends on sundown June 30, 2011.
2. Forty days (a time of probation) ends but the waters increase greatly meaning…the flood of ungodly people gets worse...Arab Spring becomes Arab Summer.
3. The [150 days/five months] end (October 18), on the last day of the week of Feast of Tabernacles. And then.....

This flood of waters, of ungodly people, will be assuaged (pacified, appeased), but what appeases them? These waters will be abated (have need of, lack, were wanting, suffered want) of what? What is being said?
All of this remains as I first saw it but, as the coming of the Son of man is as the days of Noah...I wasn't seeing far enough into the rest of the story. The end of the [five months/150 days] doesn't herald the arrival of Christ as I previously thought! There is more. I assumed that was when this age ends but I was wrong. The waters/flood of ungodly people abate but...what causes that? What is the wind that stops the fountains of the deep (flood of people)?
Wind is ruwach/spirit. The question is what spirit does God send to accomplish this? I failed to understand and separate the two floods we must contend with…one of ungodly people and the other a flood of deception, both political and spiritual in nature...and there are two spirits that contend with each of the floods. The two floods are from…..

The flood from the mouth of the dragon will be abated at the end of the [five months/150 days] but the other, from the mouth of the serpent….continues. A flood of people abates..a flood of deception abounds:

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
The serpent beguiles, deceives, by telling the woman/church...you shall not die. What does the serpent say today? You'll be raptured away, you won't see the tribulation...ye shall not surely die. DECEPTION.
We see the first of the two spirits when God "made a wind to pass over the earth" when the five months ends and I believe this wind, this spirit, is written of in [Is.54:16] where He said, "I have created the waster to destroy." One of the floods will/is inundating the world, increasing after the first forty days during the five months/one hundred and fifty days [Gen.7:24]. Is this the deadly wound the beast receives? If yes, then that wound is healed (the waters assuaged) by whom? By the spirit God brings...and then at the end of the 150 days….

Genesis 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
The five months began on the 17th of the 2nd month and ended on the 17th of the seventh month. Our May 21 – October 18, 2011 sundown…the end of the week of the Feast of Tabernacles. The ark rests, the waters of one of the floods decreases for the next three months…
8:5-6 And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen. And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:
On Tevet 1, our December 27, 2011, the tops of the mountains are seen…Biblical mountains are nations. This is when the 2nd of the forty days comes into play for from that date through its end, on our February 5, 2012…as Noah opened the window of the ark to release the raven…Satan is sent forth.
Both the raven/Satan and the dove, which I believe is the Holy Spirit in His man child are sent forth. Satan's time to appear as our Savior has arrived, for his one week….
Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Bullinger writes that “to and fro” is to apostasize, to turn aside to lies, to revolt"…so this is the time of Jacob’s trouble. Knowledge increasing is wickedness and calamities.
