In Nov - Dec we are going to try something at our church: free burgers after church on Sunday. OUr church is in very poor area so we hope it will attract some folks. Anyone tried anything like this? How did it go? What do I need to know?

Say a quick prayer of thanks before distribution. Make sure everyone is sitting and have the regular church members serve your guests. It's orderly and if memory serves me correctly, it's how Jesus did it with the loaves and fish.
