Have you noticed everything in scripture points to Christ. No matter where you read in your bible you can see Christ. That is the scriptures opening up to you, the scriptures personified in Christ. Some are more detailed in seeing Christ. Such as; in the Old Testament you can see Christ in all the types and shadows. In the New Testament it is detailed, and types and shadows have become reality. It pin points Christ in you and what he is doing there. If you read close enough you can even see what you are supposed to do with Christ in you.
So the point is; the Spirit of adoption is the same as your mind being renewed to the Christ that is in you. A renewed mind is seeing Christ as your life. Working out your salvation is the same as "if I live, it's Christ." You get the point. You can come at this message and understanding from a thousand different ways, and it still says the same thing every time. It still ends with the same subject if you will.
He is the beginning and the end, that's what Christ is to you. We are being conformed to him, Christ does not conform to you. You are swallowed up in the process and Christ can express himself. You are not a producer of anything, no fruit of the Spirit will ever come through you accept by Christ when he is known as life. You may produce what looks like fruit, but it is the fruit of the Spirit that comes through you. You can only bare fruit, you cannot produce the fruit of the Spirit. Read that verse
In Galatians 5, it is plainly written "fruit of the Spirit."
Simply put; it's not your fruit. You ever wonder why your Christianity program isn't working; because you can't do it. That should be good news for those that are past burn out stage and moved into the totality wore out stage of Christianity. Your not unique, the rest that has evaded you has evaded so many. Shipwrecked, wore out and can't do it anymore. But wait, that is what he has been waiting for you to say, I cannot do it. You are probably in the best place you can be in, other than the day you were born again. You can be handled, worked with, ego aside you are ready to hear what the Spirit would say to you. You know what he will say, It's Christ, It's Christ in you! learn him I will teach you.
