Since Gal 3:28, Col 3:11, 1 Cor 12:13 are teachings of Paul they obviously applied AFTER Acts 9:15 but when ?
In Gal 2:7-9 :-
Peter/12 taught the circ Gospel (Acts 2:38) to the circ
Paul taught the UNcirc Gospel (Eph1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4) to the rest
So obviously the following verses had not yet come into effect.
-----------------------------
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Col 3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
1 Cor 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Interesting that no-one here has yet offered their insight into this question.
I'm not too sure of the start date but have no problem believing that it applies to ALL believers in Christ today regardless of ethnicity or location

Not sure if I understand your question, but I think Peter brought in the first Gentile in Acts 10: 1 There was a certain man in Cæsarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, 2 a devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. 3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. 4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. 5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:

Now I think Paul started teaching the Gentiles around Act 13: 42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath. 43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God. 44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God. 45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. 46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

Hi bro, thanks for the response verses and GREAT to see you using the KJV :)
When CAREFULLY read Gal 2:7-9 teaches that Peter taught the circ Gospel to the circ & Paul the UNcirc Gospel to the UNcirc/heathen/gentiles
So Gal 3:28 was yet future compared to Gal 2:7-9.
Why does it matter ?
Well Acts 2:38 is the Gospel that Peter taught with the later Pauls Gospel Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4 being applicable to the Gal 3:28 audience which includes every believer in Christ today regardless of ethnicity or location.
Your views are welcome

Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Complex question.

When is “Salvation” OFFERED?
While a human being is NATURALLY ALIVE.

When is “Salvation” GIVEN?
After an Accounted (by God) BODILY DEATH.

Naturally Alive individuals, CAN Believe AND at ANY Time BEFORE their Natural BODILY DEATH, “STOP” Believing…
Thus “REJECT”, “LOSE Receiving”, (Their, bought, paid for, Offered Gift of Salvation AFTER their Natural bodily Death.)

An “ASSURED” Offering was Offered Mankind…
WHEN?
2,000+ years ago…BY, Through, Of the OFFERING of “The (SINLESS) BODY” God Prepared FOR His WORD (JESUS)…
AND … The DEATH, of THAT (SINLESS Body).

^ That “Established” the moment of WHEN…the OFFERING, came INTO Fruition.

The OFFERING is “a Gift”, From God.

A “GIFT OFFERING” From God, IS AN ACT of God.

A “GIFT OFFERING” FROM God TO ALL of mankind…HAS NO CONSEQUENCE…
UNTIL
A naturally Alive Individual manKIND of being, Freely, willfully, REACHES OUT AND “TAKES” Gods Offering…(before his natural body dies).

Gods “Gift Offering”… comes With an “Express requirement / protocol”…(Terms, so to speak.)—->

“True “Heartful” Belief IN God AND His Word…. Particularly, Expressly AT the moment of the individuals “accounted” (according to God), Bodily Death.

What IS an “accounted Bodily Death”
* A literal physical mortal Death, of A Believer IN God and His Word.)
…(such individual’s Soul is Saved By God, and Body to Be Risen Glorified, First Resurrection)
* A True (Heartful) pledged bodily Death, Crucified With Jesus’ Body….
…(such individual, continues natural mortal living… [HOWEVER]… the Spiritual Body They Live IN, IS CHRIST JESUS’ Risen Body.
(AKA, they called: IN CHRIST)…
THEY, have become “Prepared”, To Serve Christ the Lord, speaking as Did JESUS, exalting God Above All things.
…THEY conjoined, through Baptism of The Lamb of God, ARE Forever Spiritually WITH Christ the Lord….
AND SHALL Forever BE “physically Present” WITH the Lord, “WHEN the Lord summons THEM (IN CHRIST), up to meet Him” in the Clouds…
(Caught up, Harpazo, Rapture)
WHEN?
Day, Hour, Moment , NOT revealed to manKind.
WHEN?
Before the Return of the Son of Man.
Before Anger, Wrath of the Lamb of God, Wrath of the Devil, Wrath of God… is Sent Down upon the Whole Earth and it’s inhabitants. (TRIBULATIONS SENT Down from Heaven).

Glory to God,

Salvation AFTER an “accounted” bodily Death.
* Accounted bodily death… mortal death…
(Belief in heart, shall be Saved).
* Accounted bodily death…true confession and “crucified” With Jesus’ body.

I understand Salvation as a 3 step process.
1. Justified/sealed/saved now
2, Sanctification - a process that continues for the rest of a believers life
3. Glorification - the believer in eternity

I detailed, but lost the response… I post from phone, not a computer.

Saved now, is by, through, of confession of belief To the Lord.
Justified now is Confessed Salvation through Christ Jesus.
Sanctified is Set apart… already prepared. Body, soul, spirit to Be Redeemed by the Lord.

Many are NOT yet prepared.
Once Christ Redeems, claims, raises up to Him in the clouds, ie Rapture…
God shall continue during the Trib., to Save those unConfessed, but who do believe in their hearts, ( in God and His Word / Jesus) and bodily dying.

I delineate between WHO is Saving Jesus or God), and WHEN.

Jesus never called ISRAEL His People or promised to Save Them… God did and He Shall.

Jesus sought after the Jews… and as you said, Sent Paul to seek after the Gentiles…. To teach and make aware Through Jesus, any man… Jew, Gentile, kings… could receive Salvation BEFORE Physical Death.

My understanding :)
Confession is Rom ch's 9-11 Paul addressing Rom 9:3,10:1
The following is for the MYSTERY age :-
Confessing is not required nor stated in Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4
Rapture & Judge Seat of Christ is for ANYONE ANYWHERE saved by the Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4 Gospel.
AFTER the rapture the PROPHETIC age resumes

My view Regarding Confession AND Receiving Salvation (before) Physical Death, is according to the “IF” / THEN in Roman 10.
And It is THEY THAT shall be Raptured, at the Summoning up of the Lord.

Rom 10:
[9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, THEN thou shalt be saved.
[10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Rapture & Judge Seat of Christ is for ANYONE ANYWHERE saved by the Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4 Gospel.

Eph 1 does not Save.
Eph 1 is a message from Paul “TO the Saved”,
And “Faithful IN Christ”… ( unConfessed followers…)

The Saved ARE the saints.
Saints can Never Fall Away, become “unsaved”.
Followers, “faithful”… “believers”… can at any time… stop believing… fall from “faith”.

The reasoning…
* The Saved, Have the Power of God IN Them…and no power is Greater than Gods Power, thus no power can Deflect a man WITH Gods Power IN them, away from God.
* The unsaved and unsaved faithful believers ARE vulnerable to other powers “greater” than themselves…
Examples;
Doctrines of men of religious organizations, teachers, kings, governors, friends, celebrities, and demons… etc. all influentially powerful over men, women, children…

Open eyes, Open Ears…
The public at Large exponentially, is openly celebratory and prideful of their eager and active condoning of homosexuality, ignorance, lies, cheating, theft and everyone ( and internet )but the parents to have charge over their children, (the majority of their waking day.)

Hi rvmb-

We agree on SAUL/Paul’s calling from the Lord.
We agree on Paul’s’ acceptance of his calling of conversion, Paul’s standing with and in the Lord, and Paul’s service unto the Lord.

Where we seem to disagree is the “listening ears to WHOM Paul is Preaching”.

The GOSPEL is the Word Paul Preached to any, all, interested listeners.
(same as Jesus did, Same as Any Servant Preacher does)

Paul revealed the DIFFERENCE between the audience of Listeners…
* The curious…(wondering)
* The hearing…( given measures of FAITH for hearing )
* The “faithful”…( Following, continuing to HEAR more, believing, Faith increasing )
* The “saints”… ( Having heard, Gained Faith, Elected to Take a Stand BY, Their Willing submission to Become MADE Converted.)

Like Jesus, Like Paul, Like any Preacher…Preaching the Gospel TO a Crowd, a Church Congregation, to One…
* It is the Individuals THEMSELVES who …Know … What THEY Believe
Know … IF THEY ARE merely curious listeners
Know … IF THEY ARE Faithful Followers
Know … IF THEY HAVE Already TAKEN a Stand of Conversion

Where we appear to disagree…
Is your implying hearing the Gospel “saves” a man.
Is your implying All who are Hearing the Gospel “ARE” Saved.

My view is Hearing the Gospel IS the catalyst, the means for a man to Receive measures of Gods Gift of FAITH.

Continue Hearing, Faith increases.

Stop Hearing the Gospel, a man becomes vulnerable to Hearing innumerable things, ways, ideas, that which ARE Ear tickling, enchanting, seeming Easy to Make personal GAINS with little effort…
AND the complete Opposite of the Gospel.

Hearing About Gods Gift of Faith… By Hearing the Gospel… IS expressly an EFFORT by the man.
Continuing to Hear the Gospel… IS expressly an EFFORT by the man.
A man MAKING a vow to the Lord God, IS expressly an EFFORT by the man.

Hearing HOW To cheat, lie, trick, steal, scam, demand, force, compel another man to labor and provide all an others needs and wants…
* IS the ear tickling, Complete Opposite of the Gospel…and Very Enticing, EASY, For Millions of men, who Have FREELY Chosen to walk that path.

Are “such” people as ^^^ those… Barred, Prohibited From … crowds, churches, gatherings of people EXPECTING the Gospel to BE PREACHED? No.

Paul’s Preaching, By physical Presence or By letter … IS Clear whom he is Addressing…
The converted…. saints
The standing INChrist…the Converted saints
They Faithful WITH Christ…but NOT yet having Committed. (Converted)

Eph. 1
[1] Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:

1 Cor 1:
[1] Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,
[2] Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus…

and TO them called to be, but not yet saints

…called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

The MAKING of a man… to become MADE a saint…is By, through, of a willing man…
To call upon the Lord, confess his Heartful belief, and willingness to lay down unto death his own life (body / blood life)…
AND the Lord God, hearing the man, verifying the mans vow be true, and MAKING that man Receive the Power of God Enter IN that man… THAT Which thereafter, The Lord God… can Never leave THAT man…and THAT man thereafter can NEVER leave the Lord God.

Does that “Offer of MAKING” Apply to ANY Other “Living” men?
Yes… All men.

Does THAT “Literal MAKING” Apply to ANY Other “Living” men?
No… Only “Converted” men.

What about “the Faithful Believing followers”?
* Can they “fall away From Faith”?
Yes, that is possible.
* Can any continue Faithful following until their Physical mortal death?
Yes, that is possible.

Do the ones who Fall AWAY from Faith, become MADE Saved “After” their Mortal Death?
No.
Do the ones (who never Converted), who Never Fell Away from Faith, Become MADE Saved “AFTER” their Mortal Death?
Yes.

The converted… become MADE Saved, (ARE once and Forever KEPT Saved, BY Gods POWER IN Them) Before their Mortal Death.

The Faithful… who REMAIN Faithful…(By their own human POWER)…to the moment of their mortal Death… Shall be saved AFTER their body dies.

The Warning to the (unconverted faithful)…
Is loud and clear…”More powerful” entities over the People at Large… exist, and are a constant threat to all who ARE alive and Not converted.

Est.
2/3 of all humans shall End up with the Lord God Forever.
1/3 of all humans will End up having put their trust, belief, ways in following and allegiance's To the conveniences that Stand Against the Lord God.

Assurance is No Doubt of Having Received their Salvation, which is Given the Converted.

Hope is the unknown the unconverted faithful, the unconverted believer wishes for their Salvation After their bodily death.
( and the warning, they are constant targets of the anti-Christs).

Glory to God,
Taken

Did a study of Gal.3:28, and also looked at the verse before and after to get context.

This is how it reads using the exact definition from the Greek dictionary.

Gal. 2:27, For as many of you that have washed oneself into the anointed messiah , have entered into the anointed messiah.

Gal.2:28, There is neither Jewish nor gentile, there is neither slave nor freemen, there is neither male or female; For you are all at the point reached in the anointed messiah.

Gal. 2:29, And, if you belong to the anointed messiah, then you are of Abraham's offspring, and inheritors pertaining to the things done and given.

In my understanding , this is the state of being in Christ, to those who live a life of Faithing (or a continually surrendered life).

I accually think this is a good scripture to look at when discussing Female pastors and teachers, food for thought.

* The curious…(wondering)

Yes, ONLY he is the Christ chosen Apostle & Minister to teach Salvation to believers today.
and where does Paul teach what is required today to be JUSTIFIED, SAVED, SEALED ?
Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4
What are the conditions ?
Titus 3:5, Gal 2:16, Eph 2:8-9, Rom 3:24, Rom 4:5, Rom 5:1 etc.
Paul extensively teaches how a saved believer SHOULD lead their lives
Eternal rewards/loss 1 Cor 3:10-15, 2 Cor 5:10
In eternity though saved a believers flesh life is judged
****
Well meaning people OVERLY COMPLICATE Paul's simple message.
1. Saved, sealed, justified happens NOW
2. Paul then teaches that now saved, how a believer leads their lives affects them NOW and in eternity
3. Yet nowhere does Paul teach that a justified/saved/sealed believer can lose their status.
4. Though eternally saved,1 Cor 5:5, 1 Cor 11:30 appears to be a warning if sin levels reach or remains above a certain level

I believe “the Worthy”,
ie “the Converted”
ie. “the Made saved”
ie. “the Made born again of Gods Seed”
ie. “the Made sons of God”
ie. “the Made to have the Word of God, and Gods Spirit IN them”
ie. “the Made to have Gods POWER IN them”
ie. Can “sin no more”. 1 John 3:9

How so, can that be?
Because …
WHEN a natural mans mind, and a natural mans urges, CONTROLS a natural mans WILL, a natural mans own POWER ACTS on his own natural will.
WHEN a man IS IN-DWELT WITH “the POWER OF GOD…Gods Power IN that man, supersedes, the natural will, power of man.”

1 Cor 5:
[5] To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

such an one in 1 Cor 5:5, is they engaging in fornication among family members (such as a man fornicating with his fathers wife).
1 Cor 5:1,2,3,4

1 Cor 11:
[30] For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

This cause in 1 Cor 11:30, is about “the UNWORTHY “participating in the Lords supper Before the Lords Return”
1 Cor 11:26, 27, 28, 29..

Disagree the WARNING is FOR the (WORTHY) Already Saved.

The WARNING is For… “they” among the Listeners, group, crowd…
Who are NOT converted…
Who still Act by their own POWER…

Who are “THEY” in the Crowd of listeners…?
A MIX…
Some of what Paul says applies TO only the Saved.
Some of what Paul’s says applies only to the Unsaved.
They IN the crowd Know their OWN standing, and what Part of Paul’s preaching applies to THEM or Not.

1 Cor 1: [2] Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

1 Cor 3: [3] For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

These particular Warnings apply to the unsaved.
(Warnings that apply to the Saved, are about the sneaky, underhanded, tribulations men commit Against men.)

Glory to God,
Taken

Hi rvmb,

We agree on so much. However, we may differ from this point of when the Body of Christ started. (if that is your question)

I see that God still had His hand out to Israel to repent till we see them as the rulers (leaders of the Jews) not repent. (Acts 28: 3 - 28)

Then we read that when the Lord ascended He gave of His own ministries - apostles, prophets etc. (Eph. 4: 11) Barnabas was recognized as an apostle (Acts 14: 14) and he was part of the church at Antioch which had prophets and teachers. (Acts 13: 1)

The believers did not know of the details of the Body of Christ or what it was however, they were in Christ by His Holy Spirit. It needed the apostle Paul to give the revelation of the Body of Christ for believers to come into the full understanding of what they were - a Body, the New Man coming to maturity as the perfect, mature man. (Eph. 4: 13)
