All the gifts are given still.
You cannot learn them or buy. God gives them to whom he will for his purposes. Not yours.
Over time the number people receiving a gift changes. As well as its purpose at the time.

Why so many say gifts are no longer given when it is so obvious they are.
Do they realize that even such as being an effective Bible teacher is a gift?
I understand Pentecostal abuses is like a bucket of water on fire. That is a different issue.

The Holy Spirit is the Gift, and he is here today, 1 Corinthians 12:7 "But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal".
