goofy... People o/side the Christian faith can tell that is just SO bogus..

when you teach that you can sin all you want and it won't drag you into Hell... ditto... People o/side the Christian faith know that is bonkers

so... yeh, no wonder people don't want to call themselves Christian..

I will say I prefer to be noted as a follower of Christ. But Christian works as well. Anymore "Christian" carries a stigma thanks to the pew warmers. But, yea.... I'm not surprised you feel the RCC is the only hated bunch of "Christians". I'm sure a large bulk of them will be just as surprised as the afore mentioned Jews.

Considering waht your church is "GUILTY" of I cannot see any reason why anyone would love it, you church just screams the loudest," dont leave me" like a naughty child being sent to there bedroom, still you mock God and jesus and think its ok to do it. And please dont think us ignorant, many of us where raised as catics and seeing her ugliness, thats why we we left, and why it could never be the Lords church. As you said yourself, they are Christians in name only. I agree with you on that list you gave. So do we disregard the term itself? I don't think we should.

But that isn't even what he was talking about. He wasn't speaking against inqisitions, denying people Bibles, justifying murder or mega churches.... He was talking about OSAS. Here is his orginal post:

you keep using the term "CATHOLIC" to describe the Roman church....catholic just means universal, and there are lots of these churches ie "protestant' churches as well...so use the proper terminology please to describe the pagan based Roman church and system...it is ROMAN CHURCH, or are you ashamed to use that name? Thats what you say but you dont Glorify Christ you glorify the catholic church, there is even a church out there called " the church of Christ" that isnt, dont think that just because you scream teh loudest that other churches dont make the same claim, they do it a lot quiter than you, and can all justify it by twisting scripture in the bible as do you.As I have said befor the JW's have said that to me many times, that there church is our Lords church, like yours it just another religion.
