Amazing Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found was blind but now I see.

Sang this hymn for many years in choir before I learned what they meant.

That is why I have chosen the name Amazing Grace.

If you have never read the biography of the man that wrote this great Hymn I have included a link to a brief biography of the Hymn writer John Newtown.

Thank you admin for my approval to join your board.

Other than Hymn singing at a young age in my School Choir I didn't have any Church interest or exposure until some friends in my late teens witnessed to me and I joined a Bible Study. Like John Newton I learned I was a Sinner and Christ was a Saviour.

Many, many years later I am still walking in my salvation, as best I can with His help.

Looking forward to meeting some of you on the board.

Greetings from Australia.

A belated welcome to Christianity Board - I believe that we've spoken a bit already.

Certainly one of my favorite hymns - it's figured very prominently in my life on several occasions for loved ones. :)

Thank you Hammerstone, yes we have already bumped into each other.

Glad to meet you.

Anyway we can get a few more smileys (not big on having a huge lot as they take forever to scroll through)? I feel like an Itallian with their hands tied with our small lot here?

We need at least a prayer smiley and a waving smiley (some sort of smiley that indicates hello or greetings). Essentials.

Welcome Amazing! Nice suggestions btw. :)

May God continue to move and work in your life as you continue to seek after Him.

In Love, TBF.
