Oh, you are funny!I read the thread title as, she was twerking singer at rally.I wanted to see that!
And that song the singer sang has very vulgar lyrics (heard some of them on another video). The song was toned down somewhat for the rally. But it reveals a lot about Kamala Harris that she would want such a song at her rally.
The twerking rapper at Kamala's rally is extremely famous...one would have to pay hundreds of dollars to see her perform.
So the Harris campaign used the singer to draw the crowd in. But after the singer, people started to leave the auditorium. Kamala was to speak right after the singer.

Oh my....Damon Imani reads the words to the song the twerking singer sang at Kamala's rally. Offensive words are beeped out.
