Heart problems are running in my family. Both my aunts have been put on medication and one of my aunts is having her heart shocked soon. I've been having my heart skip beats and feels like someone is squeezing it. I'm not saying I have a heart problem it could be stress or something, but I know I need it to get healthy. This depression and anxiety have weighed a toll on me from these past few months. I want to get better to my old new self. Thanks

I've been having my heart skip beats and feels like someone is squeezing it. I'm not saying I have a heart problem it could be stress or something, but I know I need it to get healthy.

I'm going to take some time to pray for you, but do see a doctor. I had similar symptoms, and they found I was developing an aortic aneurysm, and premature atrial/ventricle contractions (the skipping beats) morphed into full-blown Atrial Fibrillation.
