I should have been more specific about what my intentions were in learning Hebrew, it's not that I would not mind learning how to speak it and such, however, it's more of learning specific words for the reason you have given a "deeper spiritual meaning" to the OT. That in our translating of words, we have missed out on important aspects to the word itself and in learning we could gain more knowledge of the entire Word. Make sense?
