if they are willing to remain in the marriage, they can remain.

I was just commenting in general terms; I think there are a lot of parlors there. A guy who posts here said a while ago that while he was going to be there for a family wedding, some of his family might be getting ink from one of the parlors there; there's certainly a choice of them.

Maybe so. For instance, maybe a young Christian woman has a tattoo of a non-Christian ex-bf (e.g., 'Bill') and she decides to try to rectify matters and have a tattoo artist change 'Bill' into 'Bible', etc.
