How To Please The King ?

Hi, What can one do to really please GOD what is it that pleases him the most, I'm already doing the will full time, but there must be something else that we can do that would please him more ?

Hebrews 11:5-6 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Pleasing God starts with faith as Hebrews 11 conveys; I suggest searching this chapter because this topic comes up a couple times in it. Living in His will is a good thing and certainly part of this, just be careful of too quickly saying that you are doing all that you can. (I say this not to judge or correct, but merely to caution from experience.)We only have a few statements about Enoch in the Bible, and the most pointed come from simply the meaning of his name Enoch means "teacher" in the Hebrew, that he was taken up and did not die, and a single verse in the book of Jude about his prophecy:

Jude 14-15 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

The Lord has granted me something of a window to what Enoch was about. He strikes me as a very wise man seeking after the path of the Lord. I hazard to say he was the type that when his mouth opened everyone probably immediately got quiet and listened to what he said as a prophet of the Lord. You can see above that he talked about the second advent of Yeshua long, long before the great prophetic books.Enoch pleased God because, as the Bible says in Hebrews 11, he had the faith. He had so much faith, that he exuded it when he spoke. He had so much faith, God made him a mouthpiece for a prophecy thousands of years down the road. Enoch acted and taught. I go back to the words of Jesus to Peter when asked if Christ loved him. "Feed my sheep!" was the reply. Feed the sheep, and I can promise you that there is absolutely nothing more pleasing to God.
