As the old saying goes among we Pentecostals / Charismatics... God inhabits the praises of his people. And, in agreeing with the article, it does not say this as clearly as we would like.
But... I have found this to be true. If the praise and the worship is good... You will be able to sense God on a spiritual basis. Unless of course... The heart is too hardened.
