When was it that Paul began to follow Jesus?
Why was Paul bind, and nether ate or drank for three days?

Why did the Lord say to Ananias, he has seem a vision a man name Ananias came in and lay his hands on him so he might regain his sight. Acts 9:12
But then Ananias included the Holy Spirit as well when he spoke to Saul? Acts 9:17

All of your post start with a ? thought I would reply the same. ;)

Born of water and spirit are both necessary together in order to be able to enter the kingdom.

Born of water: This is not water of a physical woman's womb and it is not the physical act of water baptism. It is: John 4:10,14 It is: Ephesians 5:26

This washing in the water of the word requires the holy spirit to be accomplished.

Only that way can one enter the kingdom of God.

I am not guessing. I do not need to guess.

Titus 3:5 "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit;"

PS/ I forgot to add: That is how grace works. And that is why Paul could tell us: 2 Corinthians 6:1 "We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain."

So , was Saul saved by the Law of Moses ?

Rom 3:20 For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.
Rom 3:21
But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it--
Rom 3:22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction:
Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Rom 3:24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. . .

When you say Saul I first think of King Saul, lol.
Got to admit that's the only reason I opened this thread is because I was curious how one fallen from God's graces and given a spirit of evil from God could have been saved anyway.

Regardless I think Nomad's post is the best here... No one has been saved by the law.

Hi TexUs , and this is how I see it and I gave 2 verses that prove my point .

In Acts 9:6 , since I have been in Sunday school say that Saul/Paul was saved on the way to Dasmascus , but NEVER explain how that happened ,

#1 , Paul in Acts 9:6 says , And he trembling and astonished said KURIOS / LORD / JEHOVAH .

#2 , 1 Cor 12:3 , explains why Saul is saved .

#3 , " and that no man can say that Jesus is the KURIOS / LORD / JEHOVAH , but by the Holy Spirit .

#4 , That means that at THAT Instant Saul /Paul was saved .

#5 , And 1 Cor 12:13 that we are Baptized / PLACED into the Body of Christ and it is the Holy Spirit that does the PLACING and no human man can do that OPERATION .

This , then means that SAUL /PAUL was Saved , Placed into the Body of Christ , and Paul was its first member , 1 Tim 1:15 and 16 , and Paul is the first one saved by GRACE . DAN P

You seem to have a knack for finding these passages that are missing in some manuscripts. LOL

Acts 9:6 in the KJV reads,
And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

The first half of that passage is missing out of some manuscripts.
See the NIV, ESV, NASB... I find only the KJV of the big common translations contains these words.

Hi TexUs and just look at Rom 1:4 , where some of the KJV , leaves out 4 words after resurrection ; " Jesus Christ the Lord ". , dan p
