My response would be as follows,
What makes a human a human ?
And based on my response would this make a clone a human ?
Let me start by saying that the heart of a man is his conscious, subconscious, mind, will and emotions.
Therefore, if he has a brain he has a mind, has a will, he has emotions, he is self aware - self awareness that makes us human is
found in the frontal lobe of the brain.
Therefore, a clone would be a person just like us.
For if he has a brain he has a heart and with the heart man believes.
So the clone would be able to believe or disbelieve in God.
Having said that however, God would consider a clone as a sin because the person would not have been created according to the method
He has chosen for humans to be created.
Anything that does not fit within God's divine order or plan or purpose for it, is a sin.
Let's take homosexuality as an example ... there is nothing wrong with two people loving one another or having sex with one another.
BUT, and this is a big but, but because it does not fit within the realm of divine design and purpose of creation it misses the mark and
is therefore a sin.
God is very clinical about this.
"Alright so I created that to do thus and so, hmm it is not doing thus and so as I want therefore it is an aberration, it misses the
mark of My divine perfection for it, so it is an aberration a sin".
God created us perfect, but we fell because of disobedience, we did something that went contrary to divine order, plan or purpose.
Sin is in essence any deviation from divine purpose.
And a clone would be a sin because that is not how God wants humans to enter into life.
