I have to admit I'm not that passionate about this from a political standpoint. I don't consider it a victory like the Left considered stealing the 2020 election or rigging a trial against Trump. Also, I'm kind of opposed to the laws that he was found guilty of violating. I guess it's better than perpetuating a multi-tier system of justice.* We'll see what happens.

Tiers:

1. Political elites: no indictment, e.g., Hillary's 22,000 emails and destroying State documents.
2. Political opponents get rigged convictions and investigated for years rather than speedy trial, e.g., General Flynn.
3. Bias For: Blacks/Women commit a crime against Whites/Men and it is not reported or under-reported. I'm not even sure what the 3 felonies are but Biden is effectively casting this as the consequences of addictive behavior that his son has since transcended. One article stated it is unlikely that a first time offender would get jail time.
