@JohnDB, @Michie, and @historyb,.. sorry for the long delay of me posting this update but I've had a really busy day so far. Anyways, I got the fillings in my left side of my mouth today and made my dental guard. It'll be made in about two weeks but I'll have to wait for the first part of December to get it,.. but at least I'm nearly there now. 
If I continue to have pain and dizziness even after I get it they'll look at me again and see if there's anything else that'll need to be checked out. I should be good to go now though. :)
