changing the subject anyway, and sure there could be, why not

Isnt the subject of the OP Jesus 'knowing' us?

One cannot have the Eucharist without the Holy Spirit because it is the power of the Holy Spirit that brings about the miracle that the Eucharist is

Christ IS risen!
Alleluia!

you don't see any circular logic in there anywhere huh

did elevating "Eucharist" to "miracle" help any, do you think?

Romans 10:21But to Israel he says: All day long I have spread out My hands to a disobedient and defiant people

Paul is the author here in Rom 10 writing to the nation Israel which was still in unbelief, and they still are today.

Rom 10:1 Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.

Rom 10:16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"

You don't agree that Matt 7:15-23 is about works, or you don't agree that you're preaching works? Believers go to hell if they're disobedient, right?

we covered that too Heb, but then i'm not really having a convo anyway, am i.
So never mind what Christ said then. have a nice day

Well, you're adding hell to your doctrine, no? That's works salvation.

ah, no; Hades mythology has no punishment in the afterlife, which is surely why it was chosen over other mythologies that did; the most fam to us now would be the ones that gave us "hell" in the translations, the Norse and Angle ones.
Gehenna is on earth, right, and Tartarus is not for ppl

do ppl get awards for keeping the law? of course not, right? but that does not mean "don't keep the law," but rather "the law is inadequate, insufficient," not enough.

and can we legally break the law, with justification?
Certainly, which is why we have police escorts for speeding fathers-to-be en route to hospital
(and jury nullification which judges get pissed if juries are advised of)

What you believe right now is fine
as long as "beliefs" are defined properly, iow not Absolute Truths, that is why we call them "beliefs."
your beliefs are changing right this moment, whether you want them to or not i guess

beliefs are a great bridge on the way to conviction

when all three agree in the moment your beliefs about the past or the future will assume their proper place imo

I myself believe that the lake of fire is not forever.

There is enough biblical evidence to support annihilationism...

Annihilationism vs. Traditionalism.

bbyrd, what's the difference between a nonbeliever keeping the law vs a believer keeping the law?
