A lot of autism cases have come out of the MK Ultra programs. Intense trauma (of mind control programming) in infancy causes a severing of the mind from ability to connect with others and with the outside world. This happens to varying degrees depending on the person. But many "failed cases" (failing to shatter and program) have resulted in autism. Those with Asperger's do have high intelligence. My oldest son is one example.
