Is that crusty bread? It's my favourite kind. And I think most bread is 'leavened' - i.e. made with yeast to make it rise.

I had 2 sausages and garlic bread last night, if you think I’m posting a pic think on, after seeing TLHJAK and Angelina delicious meals,
My poor sausages and garlic bread would feel inferior...I couldn’t put them through that....hehehe,xxx.

Food inferiority - is that a thing? We are not food snobs. I had Grapenuts for my breakfast and will have an apple for lunch.
First meal of the day.....3 organic pasture raised eggs topped with raw milk cheese

Paprika and chilli fried chicken strips with carrots, peppers, green and butter beans, broccoli, cauliflower bake.
I hope you enjoyed them. I haven't had sugary desserts in years other than to take a half inch slice of my youngest grandson's one-year birthday cake in January. It tasted fine ...but didn't make me want more and I paid for it for a full day afterward. I knew it might cause issues, but hey, he only turns one once!

Avocado sandwich with Tony's and Pace picante instead of mayo.
Breakfast was:
2 eggs topped with an ounce of cheese
3 oz burger patty with a bit of melted butter
1 slice beef bacon
water

My take on Colcannon which is an Irish dish made with potatos and cabbage. The recipe calls for spring onions which are cooked in milk with seasonings, mashed potatos and slightly boiled then sauteed cabbage.
I used onion soup mix along with reduced cream and mixed them into the potatos with fried bacon pieces added and finely cut boiled cabbage. Placed them in a baking dish topped with cheese. Mmmmm Had this for dinner tonight.
