Yesterday, I skipped breakfast (too busy) and had this for lunch. Tuna with mesclun salad and avocado. Nice 
1lb of beef boneless ribs and 6 eggs soft scrambled in butter, and filtered water
I didn't quite eat all the meat, but it's enough to eat for supper along with a few more eggs and a few slices of bacon. lol

Breakfast was the rest of my beef boneless ribs from last night's supper.
Pork rinds and a Zevia rootbeer for a snack.
Supper was half a dozen soft scrambled eggs in butter, and 8 slices of pasture raised bacon. :)

I'll probably make some "jello" out of some grass fed beef gelatin tonight. I'll flavor it with some LMNT or Redmond's Re-lyte, and some berry flavored stevia. If it turns out, I'll post it! lol

Did i just see the word inclusive .
just remember however GOD created that baby in the womb IS the sex it is .
And no amount of pro nouns and gender disphoria gonna change that fact .
What GOD created us in the womb , is the sex and gender we are to the TOMB .
No amount of insanity will ever make a lil sally who thinks she an adam
or a lil joe who thinks he a jane , One .
And seeing we have a very confused inclusive generation
Allow me to remind us all of the fact .
MARRIAGE is between a man and a woman . not same sex .
Just a dire necessary reminder for our all inclusive ever growing pro noun generation .

It seems that I am being corrected over English Grammar.
Does not "he/she" have the same understanding as "he or she"?
Me thinks that someone was trying to pick a fight over the very fluid English Language. We all should remember that the USA English is a corruption of the Kings' English and both English variation of the respective languages is under a lot of stress because fluid changes that are happening all the time through its miss use.

I'm late to this conversation. But maybe someone was referring to the he/she that transgenders use?
Well, I am from an older generation and not current into the high jinks of people who want to identify as a car but have no spark to deliver an outcome that is meaningful. It really leaves me flat so to speak.
