“Faith alone” is much easier (lazy) christ did everything for us!

so they say
It's "righteousness apart from works" - Romans 4:6.
That means no one makes themselves righteous. Instead, God makes a person righteous through their faith in God's forgiveness, entirely apart from the merit of one's works to make them righteous.

Redemption:
The redemption was accomplished by Christ with no participation on our part!

Justification:
then when we believe in him and his redemption we are justified in that faith and baptism!

Sanctification:
then we are in Christ and his church by grace faith and baptism we practice good works (prayer, alms, fasting, virtues charity etc.

Salvation:
then when we are faithful to Christ and in his grace at death enter salvation!

Nobody can make themselves righteous. The only way to become righteous in God's sight is to receive His righteousness, by faith, apart from the power of works to earn it for you. It is impossible to earn justification by being righteous. You're not righteous enough to do that. Nobody is. Catholicism is all about the righteousness that is from you. Which is worthless in God's sight. And not just worthless, but detestable in his sight.

I am good with that....sorry for any misunderstandings.....I’m just so accustomed to seeing posts that say if you don't Repent Of all of your sins before you die, you are bound for Hell—— that is a False and Perverted Gospel ....I attack those that promote it , and I am proud to say that I have ran many of those “ Accursed” False Gospel peddlers out of more than one Forum.....” a little Leaven Leavens the whole batch”......
The problem I sometimes have on a Christian forum is that I will question Paul or Peter. RoboOp didn't like that.
