First of all: Pray!!!!
1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
1Ti 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
We are told to pray for those in Authority, that things may go well with us. To say our President is Insane would mean I was not having faith in what I prayed. That is being double minded, and without faith, you can not please God.
So, being happy with what our President does, is not a requirement to obey the Word of God.
