This just shows Iran cannot control their missiles like advanced nations can such as Israel and the US

I doubt their intent was to bomb a mosque

OR, maybe they can control their missiles and are targeting civilians and targeted that mosque because it was not the same sect of islam the Iranian leadership approves of.
