Nowhere in Scripture are angels ever referred as "sons of God". Sons of God are human, not spirit beings. God tells us in Hebrews that Christ did not take on the seed of angels, but the seed of Abraham, a man. Because it was flesh & blood mortal humans Christ became one with them that they might be eternally saved through Him.
Heb 2:10 ¶ For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
Heb 2:11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
Heb 2:12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
Heb 2:13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
Heb 2:14 ¶ Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Heb 2:15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Heb 2:16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
Heb 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
Heb 2:18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
God tells us that he at any time did not say to any of them they are begotten through His Son. The angels of God worship Him, being made spirits, sent as ministering spirits to minister "for them who shall be heirs of salvation."
Hebrews 1:5 (KJV) For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
Heb 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
Heb 1:7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Angels are never called sons/children of God, because angels of God have never fallen, and do not need a Saviour, which is why Christ came in the form of mankind, and not in the form/nature of the angels of God in heaven; spirits.
Gen 6:2 - That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Job 1:6 - Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
Job 2:1 - Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among themto present himself before the LORD.
Job 38:7 - When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
