“Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.” So He said to them, “When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.””

We can pray and ask for Yahavah to give us our daily bread (our spiritual needing in help as we go through life which can heap up some hunger for spiritual things),
we are able to go to Yahavah when we fail when we are hateful to others or do harm to them, or even have evil thoughts towards them, in remorse and for healing our spiritual person within, and unquenching the spirit.
We are able to go to Yahavah, in order for us to forgive the things others have done towards us.
We are able to go to Yahavah, and capture and destroy the thoughts that may come up in our life and to help us from falling into the temptation to do something- which may be harmful to oneself or others.
To deliver us from the evil one, the evil one most often many people will say Satan, but perhaps it can be a deliverance from an evil persons eye, perhaps their eye will go else where and you will get away.
I don’t believe Satan is around today, perhaps it does mean Satan in that day, however it could be seen as I shared regardless.
This is how Yeshua shared how to pray,
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!””
