Hebrews 9:12 – “Jesus entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption.”

Why did Jesus need redemption?

It seems your struggling with the context.

The prophecy - future of David:

As David wrote, He (Jesus) asked life of You (God), and You (God) gave it to him, length of days forever and ever (Psalm 21:4).

The prophecy being fulfilled "in" the Life and Ministry of Jesus

Jesus
affirmed, “The Father has granted the Son to have life in himself” (John 5:26).

The authority God gave Jesus speaking of a future event:

John 10:18
“No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”

And now the Gospel with Power as recorded by Paul

Romans 1:1–4
Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God, 2 which he promised beforehand through his prophets in the holy Scriptures, 3 concerning his Son, who was descended from David according to the flesh
4 and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Don't reply with more empty and meaningless waffle!

Read the Word with more care.
Psalms are poetry, not journalism.

I do not understand the rest of your points. Try to say it simply and explicitly. It seems you are just putting random verses together and that you like colors like in a children book.

Quote one verse and say simply your point what you see in the verse. Without any font formatting, thanks.

Psalm 21:4He asked You for life” → see John 10:18; compare Psalm 16:8–11. “Length of days” – this promise also applies to those in Christ; see Psalm 22:26 and Isaiah 53:10.

This is not difficult

Do not say "this is not difficult." Quote one verse, without any font formatting! and state explicitly what you see in the verse.

Your Lord and Master is quoting Psalm 21:4 in John 5:26 and you are saying you do not understand?

@HealthyShape Let me help you

Try verse five (5) the very next verse - do you understand this?

Psalm 21:5 "For you meet him (Jesus) with blessings of steadfast love; you set a crown of fine gold upon his head."

Splendor and majesty: The Hebrew words translated as “splendor” and “majesty” are frequently used to describe the glory of God (Psalm 96:6; 104:1; 111:3; 145:5). This divine glory is first conferred on God’s Son (Psalm 45:3; Romans 1:4) and is then shared with those who are in Him (Psalm 145:12; 149:9; Revelation 5:9–10).

Make sure you look up the references as this is the only way you will learn

If you don’t understand Psalm 21:5, and have shown no interest in verse 4, I can only conclude that either you’re not thinking clearly or you’re pretending not to. Which is it?

You have one last chance to do this:

Quote one verse, without any font formatting and state explicitly what you see in the verse.

If you will fail to be reasonable again, you will go to ignore.

@HealthyShape

If verse 5 is a struggle what about verse 6?

Psalm 21:6 "Surely you have granted him (Jesus) eternal blessings, and made him glad with the joy of your presence."

Can you see how Christ could speak to this Psalm?

@HealthyShape the ignore feature is for those who cannot discern the Word of God with clarity. They simply are the easily offended who remain in their own erroneous world oblivious to the spiritual insights of their Master. You could not discern verse 4, 5 & 6.

What hope have you of understanding any of the Masters Words?
