I did not know they were again that close to forcing it on us that horrendous GND which will destroy the life liberty and the pursuit of happiness of the majority of citizens here. Life is hard and bad enough already with all their useless climate agendas forcibly imposed over the years.

What is so bad about our government today is they have no wisdom to know when something is awful.
The fact that just one senator seals the fate like this demonstrates that also, that they are all awful of an awful mind in their political party. This does not exclude some of the other party.

At a minimum, each employer must pay matching funds for the taxes withheld for employees. I kept the books for a construction office and was stunned at what he paid in taxes. Employee number and his number to match. Paid quarterly. To claim an entity doesn't pay taxes is a false claim. What will happen is that each corporation to counter the new "Tax" will increase the cost of goods and services accordingly. Look for prices to "jump" again. My last 25 years as a manager. I was responsible for the margins applied to every sale. Margins include costs and profit. The only thing we had left to apply was EBIT. Everything Before Interest and Taxes. If I made an error .....I would be hung from the yard arms. Thankfully they don't hang anymore, just drawn and quartered. My head never landed on London Bridge on a spike .....LOL.

This is an inflationary move by the Democrats. Manchin should be drawn and quartered. I've got a place for his head. Nancy's desk ....

Exactly what do they propose for the new money on renewable energy? We are already being lied to about Wind and Solar as it is ....We, the taxpayer funds the loses on these projects.....Now they'll get more of us.

Government money spent on renewable energy is just wasted.
I don't mind research money spent on better batteries spent by companies to gain market share with a better product. But government trying to pick winners is a fail.

New information about the Corporate tax issue .....In essence, gone is the depreciation tax break for Corporate America. Get ready boys. To spend capital for new machinery .....the tax increase due to the tax write off, will go to the pockets of the consumer. If I were a vendor selling machinery for production ....or cars for fleets .....I would seriously consider looking for another job. Life for sales will be venturing into nightmare Twilight Zone territory.
