John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Jesus Christ is the good shepherd, and Israel his sheep. Psalm 100:3 KJV] 3 Know ye that the LORD he [is] God: [it is] he [that] hath made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

John 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

Jeremiah 23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.

Those who scattered Israel, false messiahs, false prophets, the Pharisees, are in view above.

John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

The scattered sheep is the believing remnant of Israel; the little flock.

John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

The other sheep are the scattered, believing remnant. The believing remnant scattered into other countries, will be all gathered together, to form one nation, one fold; Israel and Judah will be one nation.

Jeremiah 23:3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

Ezekiel 37:22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.

John 11:52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

The other sheep are not Gentiles.

The other sheep=The great crowd of Rev 7:9= gentiles and any Jewish person who leaves Judaism and joins Jesus' 1 real religion.
The only ones getting saved=FEW are the great crowd of other sheep and the little flock( Luke 12:32) The little flock are the fold mentioned at John 10:16)-- There are no others who will be saved through the tribulation and Harmageddon.=99% minimum are being mislead as in the days of Noah( Luke 17:26)

Only ex Jewish that join Jesus' 1 religion are apart of the great crowd, along with the gentiles who are apart of that 1 religion. These are the other sheep( John 10:16, who are not of that fold. That fold= the little flock( Luke 12:32)=( Rev 14:3)144,000 bought from the Earth to rule as kings and priests on thrones beside Jesus( Rev 1:6-Rev 20:6)

Flock is to sheep as sheep belong to a flock, and sheep have a shepherd

Paul uses the word 'flock' to describe the 'sheep' of Christ in Ephesus, a gentile church.
All the sheep verses in John refer to those who are or will be Christ's church.

Acts 20
17 From Miletus he sent to Ephesus and called for the elders of the church. 18 And when they had come to him, he said to them: “You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you, 19 serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears and trials which happened to me by the plotting of the Jews; 20 how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house, 21 testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. 22 And see, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there, 23 except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. 24 [c]But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my [d]race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

25 “And indeed, now I know that you all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, will see my face no more. 26 Therefore I testify to you this day that I am innocent[e] of the blood of all men. 27 For I have not [f]shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God. 28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church [g]of God which He purchased with His own blood. 29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking [h]perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. 31 Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears.

1 Peter 2:25
For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

Peter wrote to the Jewish and Gentile believers in 1 Peter
So, when James wrote in his Epistle that he was writing to “the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad” (James 1:1), he was clearly writing to Jewish Christians whom God had scattered throughout the Roman Empire. But then Peter’s use of the term takes on an even fuller meaning and now involves both Jewish and Gentile Christians who were scattered throughout the provinces in Asia Minor: “To the pilgrims of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia” (1 Peter 1:1). We know from the context of 1 Peter that he is writing to both Jewish and Gentile Christians, so we see the word Diaspora now referring to Christians in general, both Jew and Gentile.

Then we read of the flock of Christ here as well

1 Peter 5
1 The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: 2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but [a]willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; 3 nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; 4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

All the sheep verses in John refer to those who are or will be Christ's church.

Acts 20
There is some things to consider about these verses

[Act 20:28 KJV] 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

There are two separate references here YOURSELVES the church the body of Christ and ALL THE FLOCK which may include the church the believing remnant who believed Jesus and Peter and the eleven

[Act 20:29 KJV] 29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

The flock of the believing remnant of Israel may not be spared or it may mean the flock is used to illustrate who wolves attack and all the church may be in view

Not being dogmatic just raising another view
