Jesus here is saying that it is impossible for any one to come to Him (Jesus) for salvation unless the Father draw him.

There are those who say all they have to do is "accept" (however; there are none that seeks after God), and "believe" (so does the devil believe and they tremble)..

The Father “hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” John 5:27
