We have read their playbook already, those things are deep seated in the heart.
During their time, people tell you what they plan to do, for some reason voters don't hear it and focus on stupid stuff.

I wonder how much she intends to cap rent control?
Here in Los Angeles, for those of us in older buildings, the city only allows a rent increase of 3 or 4% a year. And since I get a rent increase every year, the increase gets larger each year.
So if she caps the increase higher than 4%....she will be allowing the landlords to get even more money.
