Aren’t we all supposed to be ? It is the Consummation of the Word of God in us. For such is how the Father loved us in Christ.
I think we are to die daily to let Christ live within us.
We are not Christ, but he is within us, and a part of our being if we die daily and put on Christ, to let him live, and reign.
So in a sense, If Christ is a part of us, and Christ is within us, it's not exactly black and white.
If we truly die to ourselves everyday to do whatever Christ gives us to do, he is living a part of our life, he is ruling the body.
We are not Christ, but he is within us, and a part of our being if we die daily and put on Christ, to let him live, and reign.

Have you ever seen:
(Mat 16:16) - And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
(Mat 26:63) - tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
(Jhn 6:69) - And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
(Jhn 11:27) - She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.
It's almost as if "son of God" and "Christ" are somehow related (like, almost synonymously). What say you, child (son) of God?

Who made Adam? In Genesis 1, Elohim made mankind with no restrictions to the fruit. In Genesis 2, the Lord made Adam. Who is the Son of God? The Son being raised by God.
1 Corinthians 10
17 Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all share the one loaf.
We share the bread of the same loaf. Communion is an ordinance with a root meaning.
