That poor janitor...did you notice he put the brush down the toilet then cleaned the mirror,LOL.

I think that the completely disinterested look on the girl's faces was so true to life in this scripted skit....
They were completely disinterested about their actions making life difficult for another person....thereby making the janitor to be a "sub-human" and not worthy of consideration due to their job/career.
Until they witnessed how he cleaned the mirror. Then they once again became concerned about themselves. While humorous...the larger problem of their attitudes still wasn't addressed. But oh well!

I think will be effective though at changing their behavior, which is the goal. Self-interest is often a great motivator.
