We have 3 time zones here in the states and I used to think about that. Stepping from one time zone to the next. Or having one foot in one time zone and one foot in the other.

I was in either Nevada one time or maybe Utah.
In one town it was one time zone and in the next town a different time zone -- but the reason was because they didn't go to DST in one of them.
We had to keep remembering that our watches were wrong!

YES it does help for sure...plus try sleeping on your back or left side...laying on your right side increases the chance of reflux. x

I do that every once in awhile just to show people I'm not perfect.

I always forget Mountain time. It's got something to do with Arizona but I can't remember what.
