Yes it is and I am staying in the house !

I nearly did not get the air on , I had to do two different things and I forgot about it ! wow...
Glad because washing dishes in that heat would not be easy...... for all 11 of us !
And tomorrow it will be hot again... I do not know what time the B.B. games will be
starting ? I think in the after noon ? Today I stayed home it was leaving at 7:A.M.
Morning games........ and afternoon and evening........ to much for me.

Agree, In that heat it sounds very wise.

It was supposed to go up to the 90's again today, but my weather place now has
changed to the 80's......... got to get used to the heat now !

Well, no sun so far ? and were going to have rain this after noon and it shows
thunder and lightning......... some time around 3:00 ........... for several hours........ !

Hi Grams...well today we have had torrential rain..the water was running down the street like a river!!!!
Once more, my feet are cold again.

But at least it is a day for hot coffee and a good book.

Hello ByGrace, We had rain over night time...... so far its been cloudy and a little sun,
Some of the family just got home from Baseball..... but only 3 of them 7 more to come.
Different fields , I cant get over how far some of them are..........Yesterday it took 2 hours
to drive...... most of them are 35 up to one hour......
When my children were young we lived so close that we just walked to them...But that was in the city, here we are in the farm area.
Coffee, yummy . since we moved here I have been drinking double what I normally had.
And I keep trying to count how many pots we make a day..... I stop at 4 pots, I forget to
pay attention after that..... and even the children make it.... Even the younger twins have
made it, but they do not drink it yet......... !

Yep, with the feet, I thought it was time for the summer shoes , but I keep putting on
socks and tennis shoes...... keep s me warmer......

We've got it...but this way we cheer each other along to the end...this is at least a thread which has no ending in sight...but, we walk by faith...and keep going unto the end...while God gives us strength.

I agree, I find that the older I get...the more I rely on my laptop and iPad for keeping contact with people.
The computer can be a cure...but also a blessing too

I'm kind of tired, got to go to a B.B. game yesterday........ it started out ok, but we lost.
My grand son pitched for a few inning and did good. But there were two others boys, also who did.
I had been going to the twins [ G.D. ] games they are only 8 years old..... so they do not quite
have the knack [team] at times , for were to trough the ball out in the field. , or to the base ?

With 8 G.C. there is always some thing going on, sports.............etc..
Every one is still sleeping....... I'm the only one awake.... its 10 to 7. AM.

Well at least it is nice for you to not be living alone, or in some Care Home.
Having the gandkids and family around at least gives you an interest in life.

Well, they left in two different groups today.... First [at 10:am.] my son and wife and 4 to one field.

And then the 4 older ones to another field at 12 .....

Did not know if they were going to stay long or not..... It sounded like it.

So they wont be home till supper time, or later !
