I have been on forums were some get really nasty toward others. Name calling starts, and things seem to get out of hand. “They are not.” I have talked to hundreds of people over the years, face to face, about the bible, and God…to any who would listen. I in turn would also listen to them. Some got very nasty. Many said they did no believe in God, and I was wasting my life.
Here is what was really taking place: Only God can read the heart. We can not even read our own heart. When he sends us out into the world to talk to people…God reads their hearts. I have never known the results, because I can not read hearts. The people we encounter face to face, or on forums, and talk to…God reads their hearts. That is part of our job. Engage others in conversation about God, and let God read their hearts. If they get nasty, even violent, don’t take it personal. They are showing God their heart condition. If some get nasty on a forum, don’t ask they be removed…they may have a good heart. Remember, Saul was a murderer of Christians, before he was renamed Paul.
We could have some nasty Saul’s on this forum…who may have a heart of Paul.
