How can the term "live for today" be compatible with scripture
AND how is it incompatible.
I get that scripture teaches that you should live one day at a time and not make assumptions about what you will do tommorrow for tommorrow is never promised.
However, the term "live for today" sounds too much like, "live your best life now" and all of that fleshly prosperity gospel stuff which is obviously not biblical.
What are your thoughts on enterpreting and applying scripture to the term, "live for today?"
AND how is it incompatible.
