Psalm 106
7 Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea.
8 Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.

Ephesians 2
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

He brought them though the sea in a display of power. He brought us into heaven in a display of kindness.

Much love!

Good topic, Psalms 106:11 "And the waters covered their enemies: there was not one of them left.
Psalms 106:12 "Then believed they his words; they sang his praise.

What a good picture of the coming salvation, in water the first world was destroyed, he covered many, and only 8 was saved. here in the red sea crossing into a new world, MANY was Covered with water, but many was saved. and we shall sing a new song also. GREAT PICTURE, of God's future salvation.

so God is worthy to be praised.
