Mayans & 2012

I watched a show today on the history channel that said that the Mayan civilization had a calender that dated 2012 as the end of the world. They went on to say that it would be the winter solstice. Also the oldest Indian tribe known in the united states, I believe they were called the (hopey) believed that we would go into our 4Th world age on this date because the planets would align and the world would rotate on a different axis. This was also "said" to have been prophesied by the sybil in the Roman empire. Last but not least They claim to have a computer project now called the web -bot and it supposedly can predict future events such as 9/11 and and the tsunami in India. What do you guys think? I thought that scripture says that that no one would know when the end would happen. Just God alone . So how do prophecies fit In ? I mean I wonder if it is closer than we think. I also wonder if It has not been Satan implanting lies with just enough truth to trick people. One last thing has anyone heard of a ruler in the roman empire named NERO supposedly his entire name in numbers spell out 666.

The bible say's no man knows the day, not even Jesus. Nobody knows the specific day, but a whole year is a bit more General. I think somebody could guess a year and it be right. But nobody knows for sure, all these people are doing is guessing. Maybe they will get lucky

We are to know the season God told us the season in the parable of the fig tree it started in 1948 when Israel became a nation we are told before the generation that saw this event passes away Christ will return. A generation today is most likely according to scripture 70 years and this year is the 60th year of the 70 yearsAs far as the Mayan calender I believe this could be correct information but that it was given by Cain or the fallen Angels to the Mayans as they were a pagan tribe but we must remember than rather or not these were fallen Angels they did have supreme knowledgethat normal men to not have but we can find the same time frame in scripture through Christs ParablesThe calendar only says there will be a change in human conscientious not the End of the World

do not know how much sence i make..but i will say one thing i have had real god experiences like very powerful things..i have been fooled by the devil and my own ignorance also...do you know what work god wants for you ,besides speading his love and word

Yes I do know Bullfighter he has called me to teach the truth of his word to any all who want to hear it as the famine of the End times is for the true Word of God. We have been bombared with traditions, lies, and teachings of men to the point that Gods true words are in a state of famine. Kriss I have been reading the numbers in scripture book (its amazing) by e.w. bullinger.He suggested that we do not live by the (actual calender) . Also that God does things in Chronology and not actual dates. This explained alot . So my question is... Where was it predicted that Israel becoming a nation is the first prophecy for the end times .According to Bullinger the last stage or number four starts when Jesus came and ends at the end of the world. How did you figure out 70 years? I now know this is a divine number. is this refering to the ages of man?

It is commonly taught there are three Generations described in scripture a 40 year Generation (Israelites in the desert 40 years) a 70 year Gen. and a 120 year Gen.God is the same yesterday today and tomarrow when he speaks of a Generation its accepted that it is one of these holy numbers of a Generation.Now in the parable the fig tree is symbolic for Israel it was prophisised that Israel would not become a nation again till the last Generation the generation of the fig treethis parable promises that the Generation of the fig tree will not all pass away until it be fulfilled Now 40 years since 1948 has passed we do live to be a 120 years old these days so that leaves us with the 70 year Generation We are in the 60th year of that 70 years. Now that doesnt nessarily change or disagree with what Bullinger says as we are dicussing the last part (generation)of End times. surly Bulinger reconized the Bible was not talking about the last Generation starting when Christ came as he lived many Generations after this.
