This is interesting. I thought I'd bring up this subject again, but from another article I found.Although the article does not make it sound like they are exactly the next in line of the throne, it does show that royal genes are in both of them.Past American Presidents all had some blue blood in them, and those of us into lost tribes teaching find this as no surprise, as nothing happens by accident in God's predestined plan even though we truly elect them. The details are at this link ---> McCain-and-Obama-share-royal-lineage

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is distantly related to the late Princess Diana and late U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt, genealogy experts said on Wednesday. The governor of Alaska and the princess are tenth cousins, while Palin and Roosevelt are ninth cousins once removed, said Ancestry.com, online genealogists based in Provo, Utah. The genealogical connections are not the first to gain attention in the U.S. presidential campaign. Last year, Lynne Cheney said she found while tracing her family roots that her husband Vice President Dick Cheney was a distant cousin of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.Other researchers discovered Obama is distant cousins with actor Brad Pitt."When you've got candidates who have deep roots in America, there's a good chance that they're going to have some famous cousins," said Ancestry.com's chief family historian Megan Smolenyak."We've all got literally millions of cousins. The trick is finding that one little connection that results in something like Sarah Palin being related to FDR or Diana," she said.http://uk.reuters.com/article/lifestyleMol...E4971HJ20081008

I'm having trouble finding any royal relations to Biden, although that does not mean there aren't any. I search Palin's a few weeks back and found it hard to find much on her at first.BTW, here's another interesting tidbit I copied about Palin's ancestry:Palin's Multiple Royal AncestryPalin, Obama and McCain all claim William 1, King of Scots, as an ancestor. Her descent in this Carolingian line is via ancestor Edmond Hawes (1612-1693) of Yarmouth, MA, who held many local offices. She also descends from Henry III of England by way of ancestor Edward Raynsford, who died in 1680 in Boston. He is alleged to be a Plantagenet descendant of Charlemagne. One of her more interesting ancestors is the Rev. John Lathrop/Lothrop, a 1605 Cambridge University graduate who was ordained an Anglican priest in England, but joined the dissenters, heading a secret congregation in London. After he was caught and imprisoned, he was fortunate enough to be released on the condition that he and his family immediately leave for America. He may have gotten off lucky because he came from a family with a noble background. His grandfather had married into the Aston family, whose pedigree includes Charlemagne and other European monarchs.
