Migrants arrested, landed by boat South of Los Angeles, citizen patrol needed

Twelve had already fled the boat. Nine on the boat were arrested.

The mayor of this town says they need a citizen patrol to phone ICE when they see the boats coming.

They are patrolling, we have a group of islands (Coronado's) like 8 miles over the Mexican border, on the weekend you have like 100US recreational fishing boats down there and the illegals lay on the deck and follow the traffic coming in
