So the tower of babel when he confused the language, did he add other languages?

The way I see it yes and no.The no, is other languages existed and men learns other languages by men, and is able to understand each other, but God sought they all speak the same languages and have the same wicked mind, (that tried to find another way to Heaven) so he confused the languages.Biblically I have to say yes, God created other languages, (before and after) so they all may not understand each other. Yes all men spoke one lanuage then they decided they were going to build the tower of Babel So God caused all the natural languages of men to come into being so they could scheme together no more.

Language changes so fast. The only reason why we all speak the same language in the United States is because of our media. If we didn't have television, or the internet, or any form of media, then the East Coast would speak very differently from the West Coast. And they kind of already do. And how long has it been, 300+ years since this Nation's birth?
