forward in christ has a article on easter

it starts out saying

Non-Christians love to suggest that Christians and Christian festivals are somehow steeped in paganism, while well-meaning Christians often fail to make important distinctions while discussing the subject.

read the rest of the article which has a link to it below -----------and also dont forget

Christians enjoy the God-given liberty to worship when they choose. "Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious "festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day" Colossians 2:16).

Could this man, David J. Meyer, still be a witch? Has anyone else gotten the impression that he says things thay are meant to be cryptic, or that can be taken in more ways than one?

Pastor Meyer passed away on June the 8th of 2010.

I simply stopped listening to his sermons about seven months ago.

He had severe complications from his diabetes. Terrible situation. I feel guilty that I never prayed for his health, and also that didn't I know that he was sick and requesting prayers.

His voice lives on at his website and elsewhere. I'm not sure of the fate of his newsletter but the ministry will go on.

I think I'll check out the Nov archives and pick up listening in once again to Pastor Meyer. Perhaps he made clarifications to help me to understand his message towards the end.

Sometimes I felt as if this man were speaking directly to me.

Weird! Maybe it was the work of God.
