who is saved in this life?

option 1: It's actually the pews that are saved. People are just saved by sitting in them.

option 2: Whoever can say "Jehovah" instead of just the generic term "God."

option 3: by our beliefs, opinions, and lip service, and argumentative disposition based on these.

option 4: those who enter INTO Christ.

(I know, the last one sounds far-fetched ;))

So those who believe in OSAS avoid sin sheerly by the motivation of losing rewards in heaven if they do.

This is very far from the truth.

I avoid sin to the extent that I'm able because I delight in righteousness, I delight in communing with God, and sin really gets in the way of that.

Maybe you think that I don't try as hard because I'm not driven by fear of the flames? But I'm not running away from hell, Jesus settled that. I'm running towards God.

Which would you say is stronger . . . the repelling power of fear of hell? Or the attractive power of love for God?

It's like . . . are we Christians because we want things? Or want to avoid something? Or because we want Him?

Have you received a taste of God's love? As I've learned about His love, there is nothing I want more than to live with Him, whatever else is secondary. Yes, of course, I want to be righteous. Yes, I want to not sin. But what I REALLY want is to live with my Father.

Much love!

Why are you telling me? Lifelong Sinner is the one making that case.

I was replying to post #33.

You’ll be loosing your salvation!

If you are standing at the bema seat of Christ, isnt it obvious to anyone but a deceived Heretic, that you are not at the Great While Throne Judgment, where you will be sent to the Lake of Fire?
So, if a born again believer, is at the Bema Seat, then that is because they are in Heaven, and will remain.
Try to understand that Christ BECAME the Sin, of the Born again, so, He's not going to be judging the born again for the sin He died to forgive.

“Bema seat”? Just because you go to the Greek for a petty show doesn’t change anything. Pilate sat on the “bema” seat too and look what happened to Christ (John 19:13).

By the way, the judgment (bema) seat of Christ is the great white throne! There is no scripture that distinguishes these two.

The book of life is present at the great white throne to sift out the righteous from the wicked:

“And I saw a great white throne… And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” (Revelation 20:11-12)

“Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” (John 5:28-29)

It’s a terrifying thing to be before the great white throne!

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men...” (2 Corinthians 5:10-11)

Try to understand that Christ BECAME the Sin, of the Born again, so, He's not going to be judging the born again for the sin He died to forgive.

Try to understand this (not vain speeches):

“…they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.” (Galatians 5:24)

“…our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin.” (Romans 6:6-7)

Part of The real born again experience is reckoning the flesh dead with no power over you.

Its fine if you learn some Koine Greek.
However when you want to learn the word, you use a Bible.....a real one.

Also, the Bema seat (Judgement seat of Christ), is not Revelation 20:11, GWT Judgement.
There are NO Born again at the Great White Throne Judgement, and there are no Christ Rejectors, (not born again) at the Judgement seat of Christ.

And to know the "terror of the Lord", is not to be terrified of Jesus.
Its to understand that He is God, and has "all power in Heaven and on Earth" and is coming back to Judge this evil world of their UNBELIEF, and take Vengeance upon them.

2 Thessalonians 1:8-9.

That is Terrifying , and you dont want to be here when that happens.

There are NO Born again at the Great White Throne Judgement

THE BOOK OF LIFE will be used at the great white throne judgment because there WILL be born agains there!

What use is a Bible to you when you let false doctrines influence you more than the plain written word?

and there are no Christ Rejectors, (not born again) at the Judgement seat of Christ.

Can you tell us if its the JW's or the Mormons who teach that they are both the same Judgement.

at the GWT, .. its only whose name are not in it, that are there.(The Christ Rejectors)
all whose names are in it, are at the Judgment Seat of Christ. (The born again).

“For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:” (John 5:22)

And the bible teaches that YOU shall be "Judged by every idle word you speak"....Jesus said in : Matthew

So, there are a few judgements, and what you are doing is trying to make it just ONE.

So, is that Mormon or JW, theology?

So, is that Mormon or JW, theology?

And your verse, is talking about..>"every Knee shall BOW, and every tongue shall confess, that JESUS is LORD">

See that?
That is the 2nd Advent.....Judgment, that is Thessalonians 1:8-9
Its ALSO a JUDGEMENT.

No. There is ONE judgment that will be overseen all by Christ.

You are the one trying to erroneously create multiple judgments, and that’s because your false doctrine needs it to work!

You have no biblical standing for multiple judgments other than vain speeches utilizing Greek speak to lull the weak into your spell.

There is one judgment.

I guess you cannot find scripture that says there are two judgments…

Because it’s unscriptural!

And the bible teaches that YOU shall be "Judged by every idle word you speak"....Jesus said in : Matthew
And that is not a judgment for SIN

The book of life will have EVERYTHING in it. You will stand or fall by it!

So cease from sin so that you’ll have a good record! Christ already cleared it up so don’t add new offenses to it!

There is one judgment.

So, your teaching is JW or Mormon?

Look.

1.) Judgement Seat of Christ

2. ) Great White Throne Judgment.

Notice they are not the same words?
Not in the Greek
Not in the Latin
Not in the English.
WHY?
Its because they are not the same Judgment.

One Rewards the Born again for what they have done "in the BODY".

And one casts you in the Lake of Fire, because your Name is not found in the LBO-Life.

2 Judgments.
Separate and different endings for those who are judged there.

“For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:” (John 5:22)
My WORDS shall be your judge . Those who deny Christ will weep terribly on the DAY of the LORD .
Thus i shun this all inclusive social gospel to hades where it belongs .
Then JESUS began to upbraid the cities wherein they had not repented to beleive on HIM .
WOE unto thee ..............it will be more tolerable on the day of judgment for even SODOM than for you .
And yet we got pastors teaching folks that all religoins lead to GOD . What a crock of dung that false gospel is .
And many who holler JESUS name yet try and make HIM the ministir of sin . SAYING things like gay marraige is good and love
MANY things this lost church age does . BUT i warn us all JESUS wont be denied and HE AINT no ministir of sin either.

There is one judgment.
The book of life will have EVERYTHING in it. You will stand or fall by it!

Let me show you how to understand who is who, at what Judgement.

Notice.
At the Judgement seat of Christ.....>the born again will be judged according to "what have you done in MY body".
See that?
That is the "body of Christ".........What have you done....In ....MY BODY.....
= The body of Christ. = That is the Bride of Christ. = That is all the born again, who are the : "Body of Christ".

Now, at the Great White Throne, there is noone there who is in the Body of Christ, as they are all CHRIST REJECTORS.......never born again, and that is why they are at the Great White Throne, Judgment. And that is why their name is not in the Lamb's book of Life, as it has been taken out, because they were never born again, and died, having never become a part of the "BODY of Christ".
